This Kate Spade journal was such a special gift.  I just love the positive message on its cover! It makes me want to open it and jot down my thoughts Grace!

This week is National Suicide Prevention Week.  Suicide touches us all, the rich and poor, the young and old.  All races, religions, and gender are impacted in some way by suicide.

Kate Spade, American fashion designer and businesswoman, died at the age of 55 from a reported suicide.

Anthony Bourdain, chef and author, died at the age of 61 from a reported suicide.

Musician Chris Cornell died from suicide at 52.

Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington died from suicide at the age of 41.
