It is September and fall is here. The traditional start of the school year has always felt like a new beginning for me. This is the perfect time to make a some healthy lifestyle changes!
Six reasons to set resolutions in September:
- We have been trained to have a “back-to-school” mind-set
- There is built-in momentum and energy
- The pressure is off
- There is access to the people we need
- There are months before the end of the year
- When everyone else is starting you will have results
