Changes in September

It is September and fall is here. The traditional start of the school year has always felt like a new beginning for me. This is the perfect time to make a some healthy lifestyle changes!

Six reasons to set resolutions in September:

  1. We have been trained to have a “back-to-school” mind-set
  2. There is built-in momentum and energy
  3. The pressure is off
  4. There is access to the people we need
  5. There are months before the end of the year
  6. When everyone else is starting you will have results

The weather is changing too! Last weekend I saw blue skies and sunshine along with rainbows and sprinkles!
