Last week I posted a list of what to start doing if you want to live a longer, healthier life.  In that list, there was one item you should STOP doing that could save your life-STOP SMOKING!  It is very hard to do since nicotine is one of the most addictive drugs on the planet.  Start today, get the support you need and make a plan to QUIT SMOKING!
