Take care of yourself. Make your health and wellness a priority. Lifestyle is the “way” we live. Wellness and health is directly related to the choices we make every hour, of every day of every week. Through coach certification training with Real Balance Global Wellness Services, I learned that wellness is not static and health is a direction, not a destination. My buddy coaching experiences supported my personal growth and a focus on consistently working on all aspects of my personal wellness foundation. I strive to move in the direction of wellness!
