This month I have focused on four key health habits and spent all last week blogging about not smoking which should be the #1 priority-never smoke or quit now if you do smoke!
  • Eating at least five servings of fruits and vegetables each day
  • Exercising at least three times weekly
  • Only drinking alcohol in moderation
  • And not smoking

There is nothing quite like stopping on the edge of a ski run and just taking in the view!
