This month I have focused on four key health habits and spent all last week blogging about not smoking which should be the #1 priority-never smoke or quit now if you do smoke!
- Eating at least five servings of fruits and vegetables each day
- Exercising at least three times weekly
- Only drinking alcohol in moderation
- And not smoking
