Positive Changes

A few years ago I completed training and was certified as a Wellness and Health Coach. During my coach training I had the opportunity to work on my own personal wellness foundation. A few areas of my life were negatively impacting my level of wellness. I made those areas a priority and took planned steps towards making needed changes. Identify those areas of your life that need some positive changes.

By putting yourself first you can increase your success in making changes.  Using effective strategies to strengthen self-discipline can build confidence and lead to a healthier lifestyle.  The first step is to explore and identify those areas in your life that are negatively impacting your health and wellness.  Areas could include:

  • Family/Friend/Partner connections
  • Professional satisfaction
  • Eating/drinking habits and nutrition
  • Fitness habits
  • Physical environment
  • Finances
  • Fun and recreation

Only you know what needs to change in your life to increase your level of health and wellness. Take enough time to focus and rank your level of satisfaction in different areas of your life. Begin to prioritize those areas that need some change.
