The day was quite warm and I saw something special in the freezer case. Frozen yogurt is good for you, right? It is just like eating Greek yogurt, right? This coffee frozen yogurt does have 8 grams of protein, but it also has multiple portions with 21 grams of sugar in each serving. I guess I would need to eat more than one serving since it could not be saved for later… I decided against this sweet treat!
