I just need some real food!

I was so excited when I came around this corner at the drug store and saw these three baskets filled with whole food-real food with no nutrition fact labels to analyze!


I decided on a banana and a single packaged mozzarella string cheese with 6 grams of fat and 6 grams of protein (as you can see I got the last one) for my snack that day.


I also bought an avocado to add to a salad I was going to make that night for dinner.  It took a little more time and sleuthing of nutrition fact labels, but it was worth it because I ended up making the healthiest snack choice that day!
