Happy New Year 2017-Healthy holiday eating

During the holidays it is easy to feel like a stuffed turkey.  We are presented with excessive amounts of food and unhealthy treats that can be irresistible. Along with some indulging, I munched on beautiful veggies and fruits and added salads to my menus.


Keep them on the counter!


Kale salad with radish, walnuts, and goat cheese-yum!
