Spending time in different places gives you a new perspective of where you live and those places you frequent regularly.   This is a place that feeds my spirit, pictured on a beautiful NW summer day.

Thanks to James, I  was given a new perspective of this special place after viewing his awesome drone video taken on a winter weekend on  Vashon Island.

It made me think that this is what the birds might see when they are flying high above the trees and the water.
