Gratitude

I know at least one person who is very thankful for the existence  of  the cold, creamy object this child is holding and about ready to devour. I am sure there are way more than 1001 things to be thankful for, but I bought this little Hallmark book for my mom many years ago because of the first page:)

This picture depicts what my entire family was happy for whenever they walked into Edie’s kitchen!

I believe gratitude can change our perspective and move us in a positive direction. Make a choice to show appreciation to others and reflect on the good things in your daily life. Having an “attitude of gratitude” builds positive relationships with others and in turn increases your level of happiness.

According to C.S. Lewis “gratitude is the key to happiness”.  I just may have to agree!
