Get your D

Getting exercise outside is the perfect way to boost your energy and improve your levels of vitamin D.  This vitamin is fat-soluble and needed for strong bones and a healthy immune system. The best source for vitamin D is regular exposure to the sun. Some researchers suggest five to 30 minutes of sun exposure between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at least twice a week is sufficient for vitamin D synthesis. Of course, always wear sunscreen.
