Play with family and friends to nurture your spirit! I recently walked past a city park playground filled with laughing parents and children on a beautiful day and on another day watched a little guy trying out a new terrain park for the first time with his parents encouragement.

Some of my most cherished memories are of playing with my family.  We would swim in lakes and pools, backpack and camp in the mountains, bike and walk our dog in the park, and take grandma with us for visits to the aquarium and zoo and picnics in the park.
