I get in a walk everyday. When my walk is to the store to pick up groceries, it includes a little strength training for my arms and core as well! Carrying objects for a distance is a functional lifting pattern. Carrying a full bag of groceries is similar to the suitcase carry a trainer might suggest. The benefits for your health are invaluable.
