Japanese food is so very delicious. The sushi was amazing and most mornings I started the day with miso soup. It was the perfect thing to have before going outside in the snow to ski or snowshoe.
I recently shared a meal with a special friend and she told me she had made a pot of vegetable soup that she had been eating for breakfast. That is a serious well healthy way!
While traveling between the two ski resorts we stayed at, we stopped at a restaurant that had tasty tempura.
When traveling, I am flexible about indulging myself with foods that I would not eat on a regular basis.
