There is nothing quite like seaplanes circling over South Lake Union on a beautiful fall day in Seattle. When I am biking out of the city, I am focused on the views and the grandeur of the great outdoors. However, I always need to find just the right safe paths to bike on in the city.  The sights and sounds are different, but the cardio benefits are similar.
