As I look back on 2017, it is almost a blur.  My mom died in February and it seems like I just floated through the seasons. Now we are approaching the end of the year.  My featured photo is of me in my St. Louis Cardinal pajamas, on a Vashon Island summer deck day.  No, it does not look like that now, in mid November.

I was going through my photos and I barely remember many of them and the videos are few and far between.  This video was after an excellent bike on a perfect biking day. It was sunny and warm and the trails in the Island Center Forest were empty and peaceful.

As the months passed, I continued to get out, move, cook and eat, but some routines were lost for a time.  Keeping routine healthy activities can get you back into a new normal schedule.
