Four Achievable Health Habits

Carrie Dennett also reports that research indicates that what we do is more important than the numbers on the scale, for improving our odds of living longer and better. What you need to do to improve your health odds is less than what you might expect.  A kale/chard salad with grilled salmon hit the hunger spot!
These four habits are achievable:
  • Eating at least five servings of fruits and vegetables each day
  • Exercising at least three times weekly
  • Only drinking alcohol in moderation
  • And not smoking

Restrictive diets and excessive exercise are NOT needed.  More is not always better.

I spent my holiday season and the new year participating in outdoor activities that are healthy and fun for me!
