We had less than twenty-four hours in Tokyo, but we made the most of the short time we had in the city.  The evening we arrived, we enjoyed the moon rising at a slick roof-top bar and then had some fine Japanese food at the restaurant where they shot the movie “Kill Bill”.

We saw Starbucks on street corners along with a Seattle Sonics ball cap in a store window, even though we have not had a basketball team in Seattle in almost ten years!

As we wandered the city streets, it amazed me how much we are all connected across the globe.
