Did you consider making a few Year End Resolutions? My Turkey Tetrazzini casserole was good, but pretty high in calories so I have been making some main dish salads and veggie centered meals. One night for dinner I made a kale salad with walnuts and dried apricots along with a side of avocado. It was so tasty and I even had some left to eat the next day for lunch!
I have some type of leafy green salad everyday, but having a main dish salad for dinner helps me to eat with moderation. Check out some other vegetable centered meals I have been eating this week!
